Figure is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Controller with an eye for accuracy and a passion for cutting edge technology in the financial services industry.

Skills

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
Experience with financial reporting processes
CPA license a plus
Project management skills
Proficiency in accounting systems

Responsibilities

Managing year-end audit and ensuring timely completion of financial statements
Assisting with preparation and review of financial reporting packages
Overseeing routine accounting activities
Leading and developing a high-performing team
Collaborating with stakeholders on financial impact assessment
Developing internal controls and staying up-to-date with regulations
Providing technical accounting guidance

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license a plus
