Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle all facets of HR functions for our organization.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace products

Responsibilities

Manage employee records and HR databases, including payroll
Stay compliant with employment laws and regulations
Develop employee handbook and benefits programs
Support onboarding and performance management processes

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
