Litigation Specialist

Figure, a leading fintech company, is seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist to manage loan servicing litigation matters and work closely with legal teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with a background in mortgage servicing or financial services.

Skills

Mortgage Servicing or Financial Service experience
Legal document review and analysis
Proficiency with Google Suite and various mortgage servicing platforms
Risk assessment and action
Title review and issue identification

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for litigation inquiries related to consumer lending products
Manage case files, assess risk, and work with inside and outside counsel to resolve issues
Facilitate case transfers to special servicers or outside legal counsel
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support for legal research projects
Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements efficiently
Compile and organize Company records in response to legal demands

Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
