Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with new accounting standards and provide technical guidance.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license is a plus.
