🌍 How does Finalis work?
We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .
If you’re located outside this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.
Although we don’t have an official physical place to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible.

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek to bring on a Product Manager to support the growth of our platform.
We currently have a dynamic team composed of proactive and collaborative people. On a daily basis, you will be in touch with Product Designers, Developers and QAs to deliver amazing products to delight our users. You will be participating in all aspects of the SDLC process from business strategy to product rollout and everything in between,
✨ What will you be doing?
Value Assessment and ROI Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize customer needs and product opportunities.
Develop and maintain a value proposition for the platform that aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
Regularly assess the financial impact of product features and initiatives, calculating ROI to guide strategic decisions and prioritize development efforts.
Utilize data-driven insights to justify product decisions and improve platform value
Thought Leadership and Evangelizing Product Mindset:
Serve as a thought leader in the company, contributing insights on trends, best practices, and future directions of software development.
Promote a product-centric culture within the organization, educating and mentoring team members on the importance of a strategic, customer-focused approach to product development.
Speak at industry conferences, write articles, and engage with professional networks to advocate for the platform and the value it delivers.
Leading Multi-Disciplinary Teams:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, marketing, GTM, Delivery, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product strategies and execution.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient workflow among team members.
Set clear goals and metrics that align with the company’s objectives and drive team performance towards achieving these targets.
Product Strategy and Execution:
Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the product that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
Create comprehensive roadmaps to guide the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet the high standards of quality, usability, and performance.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align expectations with the product’s direction.
Communicate product strategies and decisions across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Negotiate and influence effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately to support product priorities.
Accountability and Continuous Improvement:
Assume full responsibility for the product’s success, actively seeking feedback and making adjustments to strategy as needed.
Lead efforts to refine and improve the product management process, embracing best practices and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Champion continuous learning and improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
