Finance Intern
We're looking for a finance intern to join our operations team for spring 2023. In the internship, you'll work directly with our Controller and be responsible for accounts payable, expense management, and financial reporting.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure payments are within budget and all vendor information is on file
- Own the accounts payable cycle
- Oversee T&E expense management for employee Brex credit cards
- Administer payment of fringe benefits (i.e. wellness reimbursement & lunch stipend)
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting
- Manage additional office duties as assigned (including but not limited to office supplies, snack and lunch ordering)
Who you are:
- Self-starter who is able to drive results with minimal supervision
- Organized and able to meet multiple deadlines
- A team player who believes no job is too small
This internship pays an hourly rate of $25.00 and is not benefits eligible.
