About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to design, build and evolve Atom's B2B embedded financial intelligence offerings. This role will be instrumental in managing our B2B product strategy and will work closely with our partners to deliver products that that fit their needs. This will require an understanding of investing products, either from a retail or an institutional lens, as well as a deep understanding of how engineering and product teams work with data-driven and code-driven products.

What you'll do

Collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing to drive development of exceptional products from ideation to execution
Deliver industry leading embedded investing products by combining a deep understanding of financial markets and retail investing experiences.
Advocate for our B2B customers and their end-users through thoughtful product decisions that define our roadmap
Contribute to the processes that allow us to scale the product management function at various stages of our growth
Define and establish KPIs that allow insights into the success of our products

Who you are:

5+ years product management experience with at least 3 years focusing on investing related software products
Experience managing software products from ideation to launch - including managing the product vision, day-to-day prioritisation, design and go-to market strategy
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineers and designers towards a common goal
Deep technical knowledge of systems, API and data architecture
Understanding of financial services industry, particularly brokerage & investment
Comfortable working with sales to articulate the product vision effectively to clients
Passion for solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions in a fast paced environement

Typical base salary range for a product manager is $90,000 to $132,818 per annum and typical base salary range for a senior product manager is $128,000 to $160,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience relative to the position.
