Finance Manager
Your Skills
Responsible for leading cost reduction efforts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and goal setting. Responsible for leading cost reduction efforts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and goal setting.
Responsible for all financial leadership at the facility.
Evaluating & then measuring financial impacts of key business improvement initiatives in relation to labor productivity, costing, etc.
Measuring & reporting on alignment with Plant strategy.
Liaise with Internal/External auditors and strengthen financial controls and practices as necessary.
Work closely with the Production Controller to provide financial support to the Plant GM, VP MNF, and headquarters.
Ensuring accurate cost information.
To lead and evolve the financial budgeting and forecasting process for the relevant product lines
Assist Production Controller, Plant GM, VP MNF, and the CFO with preparation of analysis and
PowerPoint presentation’s
Your Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Masters degree preferred progressive Finance or accounting background excellent communication skills ability to build strong relationships across the business
SAP, advanced Excel
Cost analysis, pricing and lean manufacturing
