Financial Aid Advisor - Remote

Lincoln Tech in[City, State]is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support students and their families in evaluating education costs and financial support options. Key Qualifications

• 1+ years of Financial Aid experience
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents through the Financial Aid process
• Create financial aid packages that are in compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations
• Assist students and parents with additional financing
• Answer student questions or concerns regarding the financial aid package
• Report to the Director of Financial Aid

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
