Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will work and grow within the Finance department/unit and will report directly to our Finance Manager. They will be responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.


What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

  • Contribute to monthly reporting tasks as per Group requirements.
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and various reporting.
  • Support month-end, quarterly and year-end close process.
  • Assisting with the activities of the corporate finance department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Develop models, reports, spreadsheets that help with decision-making.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Liaise with accounting service provider.
  • Perform B/S reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing and analyze deals.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and key projects of the cluster


Who are you?

  • Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar activity
  • Shows strong commitment to the continuous improvement processes
  • Precise, Accurate, Showing Discipline
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (SAP) preferable
  • Good communication and Presentation skills
  • Adaptability / Flexibility / Ability to work in a multinational environment.
  • Controlling & accounting, finance, management, office automation and database
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, courage
  • Analytical and synthesizing capabilities
  • Ability to prepare & present data without ambiguity or complexity
