Bartholomew & Company is seeking a Receptionist to join our team, primarily responsible for greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as carrying out general administrative tasks.
ReceptionistJob Qualifications
1 to 2 years of prior reception/administrative experience preferred
Proactive team-player with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Client-service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have the ability to maintain client confidentiality
High level of personal integrity and commitment to excellence

ReceptionistJob Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls
Maintain general office appearance, greet clients, and validate parking tickets
Manage office equipment and order supplies
Record, log and reconcile checks and track petty cash
Receive and distribute incoming mail, prepare UPS labels, and take mail to UPS or mailbox
Responsible for mailing client holiday and birthday cards
Manage paper shredding pickups
Update employee phone extension list as needed
Provide general administrative support which may include preparing letters and updating spreadsheets or reports
