The Facilities Intern will help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an office, document processes, liaise with vendors, and support various departments.

Responsibilities

Document processes for department and all offices across the US
Assist with indoor event planning
Manage mail sortation and shipping
Create and grant access to security cards
Support marketing mailings
Manage office supplies and pantry
Greet staff and visitors at the front desk
