About the opportunity

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern, based in Berlin, to support our GTM team and contribute to operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations within a high-growth fintech environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

In this role, you will be involved in:

• Analytics and Reporting: Assisting in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle.

• Strategic Planning Support: Helping align GTM goals with overall company objectives by participating in planning sessions and supporting initiatives that align with sales targets and customer success metrics.

• Sales Process Optimization: Collaborating on process improvements between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance workflow and efficiency.

• CRM Data Management: Supporting the optimization of our CRM (HubSpot) by ensuring data accuracy and assisting in generating actionable insights for GTM teams.

What you need to be successful:

Background:

• You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area.

• You are interested in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar fields, ideally within fintech or SaaS.

Skills:

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).

• Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Traits:

• You are available to work for 6 months, as a full-time intern (40h/week)

• You are analytical and enjoy structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations

• You are a fast learner and work well within a fast-paced work environment

• You actively help yourself (and others) to be successful

• You give and receive open, direct and timely feedback
