Channel Sales Operations Specialist (Intern)

The Channel Operations Specialist will focus on FireMon’s channel business. This role will be helping with channel programs and metric development, reporting, historical data, baselines, and KPIs that drive our channel business. This position will ensure consistency and accuracy in our data and reports for leadership and FireMon internal teams to use as well as our channel partners WW.

• This role will be an integral part of the development, launch, and ongoing measurement of new WW partner programs and channel sales plays.
• You will help support the development of success metrics and KPIs, generating reports to show starting baseline, launch, quarterly stats by geo for WW partners, segments/tiers, growth, and ROI.

• Ongoing study of Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another related field
• Strong hands-on experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Strong communication skills, including strong verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Flexible and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Possess a positive attitude and work well with others
