But have the self-restraint to not implement change simply to be differentWhat you'll need to be successful as a Senior Front-End Developer:5+ years of experience in understanding and use of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, including jQueryProficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3Proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling and RESTful APIsProficient understanding of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESSProficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around themProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitGood understanding of responsive and adaptive designA passion for Agile methodology but the flexibility to think outside the scrum. You can think on your feet, collaborate with your team and others, and you enjoy taking ownership for your work.A curious nature. You want to understand the process behind the decisions, the why of the design, and the nature of the application. New and shiny things can be fun but you’re interested in learning how new technologies, tools and methodologies would work for us.Outstanding communication. This is not a heads-down role.
