Location: Brookfield, WI with the ability to work remotely three days per week. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
OVERVIEW:
The Client Relationship Specialist is the front-line, client-facing representative that provides support to clients and vendors for transaction processing, documentation and booking functions. Processing individual transactions and serving as the liaison between the Bank sales representatives, equipment vendors and end user clients with top notch service!
Essential responsibilities for this role include:
- Submit new credit applications to be processed within the Bank’s application processing system.
- Prepare outgoing documentation and deliver to appropriate party (client, vendor, Salesperson as needed.
- Review and process executed documentations.
- Follow up with clients for return of executed documentation.
- Audit executed documentation ensuring conformity with the terms and conditions of the credit approval. Work to remedy any documentation deficiencies. Prepare documents as needed to support transaction funding and execution.
- Authorize release of Purchase Orders to equipment Vendors after documentation audit.
- Prepare transactions for funding disbursement and booking
- Perform verbal confirmation phone calls with clients to confirm equipment delivery and acceptance.
- Source vendor invoices, reconcile invoice(s) and audit funding and booking data.
- Act as a Customer Service representative for sales team, clients, prospects and vendors by investigating and satisfying customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in equipment finance/leasing experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Patient personality, ability to listen, absorb, and react to input from clients
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records of activity
