Employee Relations Manager
Employee Relations Manager focusing on employee satisfaction, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution within the organization.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR policy and law
- Experience in talent development and coaching employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Investigate, resolve, and monitor employee complaints and conflicts company-wide
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on employment-related issues
- Manage employee relations processes to ensure fair and consistent resolutions
- Assist legal teams with responses to employment-related claims and charges
- Create and maintain accurate reports and systems to track employee relations cases
- Recommend and facilitate employee relations training
- Participate in conducting and analyzing employee surveys and exit interviews
- Administer company employment policies and make recommendations for alignment with objectives and laws
- Assess trends in employee relations matters and make recommendations to senior leaders
- Independently manage assigned casework and bring investigations to closure
- Serve as employee relations subject matter expert
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
- 10 years of professional human resource strategy and execution experience
