Digital One Business is a market-competitive business banking solution with a modern user interface, a full suite of money movement and management features, multi-user capabilities, and comprehensive fraud mitigation tools.We are seeking a project manager with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who will work closely with clients, internal companion teams, and domestic/international team members to guide project deliverables and successfully deliver custom solutions.What You Will Be Doing• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to delivery.• Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.• Identify the people who are required for projects and then define and assign major project roles.• Manage the project work plan and hold the team accountable to variances in budget and hours.• Possess a thorough understanding of estimation, master service agreements, staffing model, average bill rates, and cost structure by level.• Ensure requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards.• Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.• Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure project goals, scope, and quality are achieved.
