Fischer Homes, a leading home builder in the Midwestern and Southeastern states, is seeking a Corporate Trainer to lead their training programs and contribute to the development of their associates.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of adult learning principles
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute training programs
- Assess developmental needs and design training solutions
- Conduct assessments to identify performance gaps
- Support the Learning Management System
- Manage training budget and logistics for events
