Pros

I love this company. Working with people, getting to help people and help healthcare facilities get the help they need. That is the great part. It is challenging as it is a results based job. If you are looking for a job to just punch a clock and go home, this isn't for you. If you want a place that gives you the ability to make commission with the resources of a big company, then this is a great place to work. There aren't many jobs outside of STEM where you can be making $100k in 2-3 years.

Cons

It can be a grind. People as great as they are, are fickle and can let you down. If you can get past that, the job is rewarding.
