We are looking for a Franchise Performance Manager to partner with franchisees and help drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and overall profitability. This remote role requires occasional travel to our headquarters , and on-site visits with franchise owners.
Coach & Support Franchisees – Guide franchise owners in optimizing operations, financial performance, and overall business strategy.
Drive Revenue Growth – Assist in refining sales strategies, membership acquisition, and retention tactics.
Financial & P&L Analysis – Help franchisees interpret financials, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Operational Excellence – Provide best practices in gym management, staffing, and customer experience.
Performance Monitoring – Work closely with franchisees to set goals, track KPIs, and enhance overall studio performance.
5+ years of experience in operating a fitness business, preferably within a franchise network.
Strong sales background, with a track record of success in membership sales and retention.
Proven ability to analyze P&L statements and provide strategic financial guidance.
Coaching experience in sales and general operations within a gym or fitness business.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively mentor franchisees.

The role requires an experienced professional with at least five years in the fitness industry, ideally within a franchise network. You should possess a strong sales background along with the ability to interpret P&L statements, delivering strategic financial insights that propel business success. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you'll be mentoring franchise owners and sharing knowledge for their growth. While the majority of your work will be remote, some travel to headquarters and on-site visits with franchisees will be an occasional part of the job.
