Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

In this fully remote role (with some hybrid options based on location), you’ll engage with a variety of audiences—from developers to C-level execs—by showcasing the incredible potential of the Five9 platform. Your ability to create captivating product demonstrations and empathize with customer needs will be key as you support our sales and operations teams, leading the way as a technical advisor. You have a flair for understanding business requirements and effectively communicating how cloud technology can solve customer challenges. With your upbeat personality and a “can-do” attitude, you’ll collaborate with sales engineering and product management to deliver impactful proof of concepts. We're looking for someone with a passion for the contact center industry and at least 2 years of Solutions Consulting experience.
