Software Engineer

Launched in 2011, Flash is the largest cloud-native parking technology platform and provides industry-leading digital and physical infrastructure. With Flash as your partner by your side, the only question left is “where next?”FLASH is currently seeking a Full Stack .Net DeveloperThis developer will gain experience in hardware and systems development, embedded software and firmware development, microprocessors, API, web, SDK, and mobile application development. You will have the opportunity to work with a lot of innovative technologies marching toward a global scale. Our technology team works together to solve challenging problems every single day to create an experience for our customers that stops nowhere short of amazing. We have incredibly high standards, especially when it comes to our team.


What you’ll do:


- Work as part of a small, fast-moving team

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software that makes up our core product stack

- Write good, clean code

- Complicated debugging tasks across all levels of the stack

- Participate in resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solution


You’re probably a great fit for this role if:


- You have 4-6 years of professional software development experience (not including classroom and one-off projects) using modern languages

- You have 4+ years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) (SQL Server)

- You have 4+ years of experience on .NET and C#

- You have experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services, NoSQL database (CosmosDB/MongoDB) (REDIS)

- You have experience with GO, React, JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3

- You have familiarity with Git, GitHub, and agile development (Scrum)

- You have hands-on expertise using Domain Driven Design (DDD) in different projects.

- You have experience with Enterprise-level architecture

- You understand SOLID principles and the HTTP Protocol

- You can work remotely and stay on task.

- You are committed to writing reliable, scalable, testable, and maintainable code

- You have self-driven determination to complete tasks

- You are innately curious and driven to find solutions to problems

- You produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting

- You have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills

- You enjoy working and collaborating within a team environment.
