Are you a Channel Sales Manager with experience growing strategic partnerships and providing intelligence solutions to commercial teams, globally? The Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our network of channel partners within the cyber security threat intelligence sector. The CSM will work closely with partners to drive sales, enhance partner capabilities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape.The Channel Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Channel Sales, with a mission to aggressively grow Flashpoint revenues from new partnership programs focused on Channel Resellers and Alliance partners during an exceptional corporate growth phase.Flashpoint is the pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence. Discover more at www.flashpoint.io.We have a role for you if, you:• Have proven ability to grow, develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partner engagement and productivity.• Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans aimed at achieving revenue goals.• Can qualify incoming partnering requests and opportunities• Can conduct regular partner training and enablement sessions to ensure partners are well-versed in our solutions and value propositions..• Cultivate long term relationships by using customer centric partner and sales approaches.• Have the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver positive experiences to potential partners/clients.• Are a self starter with a strong work ethic, and can work with little daily oversight.• Have negotiated complex SaaS and service deals with procurement teams.• Make the best use of CRM platforms and emerging sales tools.What you will achieve:• Within 30 days• Understand the company's products, services, and value propositions.• Familiarize yourself with the company's existing channel partners and internal processes.• Start building relationships with key stakeholders.Within 60 days• Start developing and executing a strategy for managing and growing channel partnerships.• Begin to take ownership of partner relationships and sales processes.By 90 days• You will have completed all training on products.• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and partner satisfaction.• Continuously optimize partner engagement and performance.To be successful in this role, you will need:• a strong understanding of cyber security threat intelligence solutions and the broader cyber security landscape.• a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.• a proven track record in SaaS/Data Sales with an interest in Vulnerability Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence• excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• an understanding of the products and the outcomes you are consultative partnering• a willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.• a desire to not only build partnerships, but own deals to closeBase Pay Range: $125,000/yr. - $135,000/yr plus bonus/commissionWhy Flashpoint is a Great Place to Work:• Diversity.
