In this role, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with growth marketing goals

  • Create engaging content that drives lead generation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube 

  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting, incorporating industry trends and audience insights 

  • Foster community engagement by actively interacting with followers and responding to inquiries, building brand loyalty

  • Identify new opportunities for content and growth strategies, adapting approaches based on audience feedback and trends

  • Collaborate with the managing director to ensure your initiatives align top of class industry standards 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion and creativity for your profession, you will do what has never been done in our industry

  • Sense of humor and high emotional intelligence 

  • Relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation, or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth

  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting, with a focus on storytelling

  • Ability to turn content marketing efforts into a growth marketing hyperfunction 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using analytics platforms to drive strategy 

  • Experience in a B2B and tech or startup environment is a big asset 

  • Experience with LinkedIn would be greatly appreciated
