Fleet Operations Lead

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field meetings, field training and drive the engagement activities at a particular territory.
• Responsible for handling & resolving the issues/pain-points of Delivery partners.
• Support the on-boarding & other logistics function for the city.
• Reducing churn of Delivery partners by actively engaging with them
• Providing ground-insights for planning actionables.
• Responsible for improving Net promoter Score.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Matching Supply-Demand in the allotted territory.
• Improving Delivery Partner's experience (NPS).
• Grooming Adherence

Mandatory Requirements

• Tamil (fluent/ native) & English (Proficient).
• Should be open to commute across the city as it's a field job.
• Any Graduate with 1-3 years of work experience. Logistics experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal & influencing skills.
• Flexibility in working days.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.
• Data understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹425,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
