We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Founder's Associate to provide diverse support to our company's founders. This role demands flexibility and the ability to assist with various tasks and projects as required. The Founder's Associate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of key initiatives, allowing the founders to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the founders, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Assist in the expansion of Flex Living into different cities.
Collaborate with the founders on strategic initiatives, including market research, partnership opportunities, and business development projects.
