Proficiency in various areas, including management applications, infrastructure facilities, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting PC issues is considered a necessary qualification for the job.Job Duties and Responsibilities of IT Support Technician:• Addressing and resolving customer or facility issues quickly and efficiently is essential, or else they should be escalated to the competent party without any delay.• It is crucial to show professionalism in behavior and mannerism when fulfilling obligations in the data center.• Take advantage of Flexential's ticketing software to diagnose and track technical difficulties.• Conforming to the policies, processes, and procedures of Flexential Support and Data Center is a strict prerequisite.• Facilitating entry for suppliers and deliveries in the area with access and escort solutions.• Deliver remote hands services to clients both near and far.• Continuous operational support requires a constant presence, and being ready to work any shift in a 24/7/365 atmosphere is necessary.• Need help in setting up Flexential services?
