Flexport is looking for Global Customs Associates to join their Customs Team, working on streamlining customers' customs processes in the international trade industry.

Skills

Experience as a Customs Entry Writer
Familiarity with U.S. Customs product classification and rulings
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Next-level logistical problem-solving skills
High level of computer literacy

Responsibilities

Make US Customs entries for high profile clients
Digitally prepare and file all required documentation for goods to clear US customs
Maintain knowledge of regulations and procedures of US Customs, FDA, USDA, and Other Government Agencies
Review and organize incoming documents for compliance with US Customs and OGA reporting requirements
Provide necessary documents to other government agencies like FDA, EPA, and USDA

Education

BA/BS degree a plus
