FP&A Analyst - Bilingual (Guadalajara hybrid)

Meztal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join us The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, spreadsheet management, and projections, with the ability to communicate fluently in professional English. This role requires strong analytical skills to assist in driving business decisions through clear financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial projections to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Build, update, and optimize spreadsheets for financial reporting and decision-making.
• Create and interpret graphs, charts, and dashboards to visualize financial trends and KPIs.
• Provide variance analysis by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure financial models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with company goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
• Experience creating graphs and visual reports for presentations.
• Ability to perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated to meet deadlines and goals.
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
