Sr Marketing Web Developer Bilingual- Guadalajara

Meztal is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Web Development to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara. This role is highly technical and execution-focused, requiring direct involvement in coding, email marketing, and UX design, with minimal emphasis on high-level strategy. The ideal candidate has a background in agency work, ideally with U.S.-based clients, and is fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Actively design, develop, and maintain engaging, responsive websites that meet brand standards. Hands-on coding and optimization for usability and accessibility across devices are essential.
• Email Development: Build, test, and troubleshoot responsive email templates using HTML/CSS. Execute email campaigns directly, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
• UX Design: Apply UX/UI best practices to directly enhance website usability and drive conversions. This involves hands-on design and implementation work to ensure an optimal user experience.
• SEO and Analytics: Conduct detailed SEO audits and implement SEO tactics yourself to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Actively monitor and analyze website performance data.
• CRM and Automation: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) directly for lead generation and managing marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for effective targeting.

Preferred Skills (Plus):

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for secure web development.
• Advanced, hands-on skills in SEO strategy and implementation.
• Experience with UX research methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in web development or digital marketing, ideally within a marketing agency.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with email marketing.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and website optimization.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
