Role Requirements:

• Create Mod documentation for aircraft
• Request on-aircraft troubleshooting
• Flight test support in Mission Control Room
• Request and Provide Operational Flight Program (OFP) updates to install
• Conduct Post-flight mission anomaly resolution with data
• Generate detailed troubleshooting plans and reports.
• Perform hands-on test aircraft troubleshooting"
• Must have Detailed specific knowledge all aspects of mission and ensure completion and compliance for:
• Aerospace Engineering in aerodynamics, stability and control, flutter, Loads, and/or Dynamics with background in development, analysis, and/or testing OR
• Flight line operations including aircraft flight planning and management support, flight test support, aircraft field maintenance support and troubleshooting, or test plan drafting and execution.

Education:

• BS in Aeronautical, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Science

• Technical certifications from the US Air Force or Navy with experience managing aircraft

• Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented ,diligent self-starter with a proactive approach on test coverage
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to do Multi-task.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Problem solving skills.
• DOD Security Clearance required
• US Citizen due to nature of the work

California Salary Range is $80,000 to $100,000
Position may also be located in Maryland Patuxent River

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
