About the Role
As the BDR Manager at Flinks, you’ll lead and develop our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, driving top-of-funnel activities and scaling our lead generation efforts. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue operations to enhance our pipeline generation strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, as well as experience with formal BDR sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks. As the market is changing at a rapid pace, it is essential that you are bringing new ideas and strive to enhance your strategy every day..
