About the Role


Flossy is seeking a highly skilled, proactive and hands-on Strategic Design & Analytics professional with customer acquisition and conversion optimization expertise to join our dynamic marketing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the development, design analysis and optimization of various landing pages to drive patient bookings and return visits using email and SMS. The role specifically requires expertise in web design, copy, trafficking/tracking, and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly dynamic and ownership-driven with recent SAAS startup experience driving customer conversion and retention. 


Responsibilities


  • Landing page conversions - Ideation, Design, Copywriting, and Creation of new landing pages and additional marketing collateral, Trafficking, Execution and Analysis of A/B testing , and Optimization of existing web property and associated landing pages
  • Converting new account creations to patients
  • Own customer communication post-account creation (remarketing and retention): Owning of all post account sign-up and post-appointment- emails and SMS, Ideation and creation of new promotional campaigns to drive return visits, and Ideation and creation of customer lifecycle management email and SMS drip campaigns
  • Participate in messaging and strategy with the wider marketing team


Qualifications


  • 3 - 5 years experience in web design and execution for customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management, customer retention, or a similar role.
  • Experience working at a startup or a small business
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for maximum conversion
  • Experience in designing and executing targeted email campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, user experience, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling copy and communicate complex ideas effectively.


Nice to Haves


  • Experience with Webflow
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Understanding of self-service and programmatic ad buying
  • Front end development experience (CSS/HTML/JS etc.)
  • Experience working in the medical/healthcare industry
