About the Role:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Flossy, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential dental practices and set up demo appointments for our Account Executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to make a significant impact on our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Identification: Utilize various tools and resources to identify potential dental practices that could benefit from Flossy's discount dental plan.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls and emails to engage with prospects and introduce them to Flossy's offerings.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and fit of potential dental practices through targeted questions and criteria, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule demo appointments for the Account Executive team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and optimal demo preparation.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and Head of Sales to develop and refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve outreach effectiveness and provide valuable insights to the team.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and determination to meet and exceed targets

  • Attributes:
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
