Costing, Sourcing & Procurement Manager

As a Costing, Sourcing & Procurement Manager at Flow, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the sourcing and procurement of FF&E, finishes, and materials for our projects. You'll negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to optimize cost and quality, while managing budgets and timelines. Additionally, you will build and maintain vendor relationships, particularly within South Florida, and implement systems to enhance procurement efficiency.

To qualify for the Costing, Sourcing & Procurement Manager position at Flow, candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the hospitality or multifamily sectors. Strong negotiation skills, experience with custom furniture production, and familiarity with procurement platforms are essential.
