About the Position:

Location: Houston TX/Arlington VA/Alpharetta GA/ (Hybrid: 2-3 days in a week)

In this role you will:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive warranty policies and procedures, while ensuring alignment with legal requirements, contractual needs and industry standards.

• Receive and process warranty claims from customers and vendors, investigate them, verify them, provide commercial assessment and execute correct disposition.

• Collaborate with customer service, technical support, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Collect and analyze warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and potential product defects, generate regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Work closely with suppliers to address warranty-related issues, negotiate warranty terms & agreements, monitor supplier performance & adherence to warranty obligations.
