We are hiring qualified roofers to form part of our fast-growing company! We are currently seeking skilled laborers and a crew Foreman with previous experience in commercial flat-roofing installations: TPO, PVC, single-ply membranes.

A Day in the Life

·    Install and re-roof commercial roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.

·    Install membrane, insulation, pipe boots, and other roofing components

·    Learn and follow our extensive safety policy at all times

·    Set up fall restraint equipment, wear PPE, use various hand and power tools

·    Unload, load heavy materials, climb scaffolding, ladders, and operate equipment

·    Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (most are near the Salt Lake area)

·    Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed

What We Are Seeking

·    Previous experience installing commercial roofing systems: single ply membrane (TPO,PVC)

·    Experience with waterproofing is ideal: liquid-applied, hot-rubberized asphalt (HRA)/ hot applied asphalt

·    Able to install basic roofing components: drill iso/insulation, lay out membrane, etc.

·    Experience with handheld welder/heat gun to weld PVC & TPO membranes

·    Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round

·    Must have a valid driver license and reliable personal vehicle

·    Willing to submit background check and drug test

·    Able to work on federally protected areas: airports, prisons, etc. (pass certain criteria on a background check)
