Client Success Partner, Partnership Acceleration

Flywheel, a digital commerce solutions provider, is seeking a Client Success Partner to work across key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Digital Commerce space.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership on governance structures and engagement frameworks
Oversee cross-functional partners to implement best practices
Facilitate client communication best practices
Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for clients
Maintain client health and compliance to KPIs and SLAs
Advocate internally for clients
Identify sales opportunities and support commercial teams
Build strong connections with clients at all levels
Serve as project lead to create new processes or services
Other activities as required
