We do this by strategically publishing website content that positions our clients as thought leaders in their industries, thereby driving rankings on Google, earning qualified traffic from prospects already searching for our client's services on Google, and nurturing those website visitors until they become qualified leads.We also do technical SEO, keyword research, SEO strategic planning, conversion optimization, web design, Google ads management, landing page design, sales process consulting, and a whole lot more, but that is outside of this role. We are seeking a content writer to join our team to write exceptional, clear, concise, and engaging content for our clients.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for client websites across multiple industries• Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information• Adhere to best practices and quality standards as outlined in our training program• Complete 6 - 8 pieces of content of ~1,000 - 1,500 words per pieceHard Skills• Strong background in technical writing• Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content• Excellent research skillsSoft Skills• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workQualities We Look For• Quick learners• Thought leaders• Highly organized individuals• Lifelong learnersEducation• A 4-year degree in English, Journalism, or another writing or research-focused major is preferred, but not requiredAbout The Physical Demands And Work Environment• Fluent in reading and speaking English• Attendance and participation in virtual meetings• Ability to type and read for extended periods• Proficient use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Motion, and the internet for up to 8 hours per day• Ability to create an environment conducive to productivity• Consistent access to a computer, webcam, and microphone during working hours• A dedicated workspace is preferred but not requiredBenefits• Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000• 100% remote position• 10 paid vacation days per year• 3 paid sick days per year• Semi-flexible schedule with required availability for meetings and team interactions• 401k plan with a 4% match• Standard federal holidays and potential additional time off between Christmas and New Year's Day• Medical, vision, and dental benefits
