Fonoa is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Post-sales implementation team, responsible for leading the technical onboarding of global enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with APIs, JSON, cloud technologies, ERPs, and post-sales work with B2B SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a pipeline of global enterprise clients from a technical and implementation onboarding perspective
Lead technical onboarding and guide clients from implementation to Go-Live
Develop scoping and implementation plans alongside Solutions engineers
Capture client feedback, insights, and development requests during implementation phase
Work closely with product, engineering, support, and solutions teams to collect client feedback
Troubleshoot ongoing implementation issues and manage project timelines and deliverables
Track Post-sales and post-go-live metrics for successful launch
