Pay

$14.00 per hour plus Tips, Bonus, Free Meals and Discounted Meals.

We are seeking fun and high energy individuals to join our team as Food Prep Team Members! All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high-volume, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools needed - hands-on training, digital learning modules, and a clear path to becoming the next BURGERFI success story.

What we need from you:

• “Wow” our guests every visit from the moment they arrive, until they leave
• Order taking, running food and maintaining a clean dining room environment with a welcoming atmosphere
• Share and answer questions about the brand, food, Loyalty App and current Limited Time Offerings
• Monitoring and cleaning the restrooms, outdoor patio and parking lot
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Ensuring the restaurant is up to company standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and customer accessibility
• Work as a team player to support all team members in completing their tasks
• Have an eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities
