We have an exciting opportunity for an EVS Manager for our accounts in Binghamton, NY. You will bring your leadership skills to lead our team of EVS techs/housekeepers.

- Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed.
- Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
- Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
- Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
- Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service.
- Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 plus years of management experience in a long-term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
