Seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to join our team. Responsible for safely operating electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift or elevating platform, to push, lift, stack, or move products or materials by performing the following duties. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

  • Schedule: Day shift (2/2/3) from 7am-7:30pm with opportunities for overtime
  • Starting pay of $19/hour depending on experience

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
  • Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area.
  • Unloads and stacks material by using lifting device.
  • Operate power industrial equipment that may require being lifted in the air up to 40 feet.
  • Inventories materials on work floor and stocks the shelves to replenish necessary products.
  • Replenishes shelves throughout the facility based on the number on the product, by scanning the tag to determine location.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • HSD or equivalent required
  • Basic command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Basic math and computer knowledge and use
Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year warehouse experience is preferred
  • 6 months experience operating a Power Industrial Truck (forklift/material handling equipment/construction
equipment/reach trucks) is preferred. Certification and training will occur onsite.
  • Regularly lifting to 40 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 70 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or the work environment, adjusting effectively to within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures
