Forseven is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Corporate Reporting and Monitoring Lead to drive the development and implementation of effective data visualization and reporting solutions for key business functions and governance meetings. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, design intuitive dashboards, oversee development, and ensure user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data visualisation principles, experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Figma, Power BI), and excellent communication skills.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and Leamington Spa The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Elicit and document detailed reporting requirements from various business functions and governance meetings.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand their data needs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and desired insights.
• Analyse existing reports and data sources to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Dashboard Design:
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards using Figma UI.
• Create wireframe mock-ups, incorporating a clear layout, intuitive navigation, and adherence to Forseven's style guide.
• Ensure dashboards effectively communicate key information and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Development & Implementation:
• Collaborate with the IT team to translate design specifications into functional dashboards using Power BI.
• Provide clear and concise documentation to guide the development process.
• Oversee the implementation of dashboards, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test cases to validate the accuracy, functionality, and usability of Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct both functional and usability testing, assessing content, design, and ease of use.
• Provide constructive feedback to the IT team and recommend improvements based on testing results.
• Change Management & User Adoption:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive user adoption strategy, leveraging change management frameworks.
• Create communication plans, training materials, and support resources to facilitate user onboarding and engagement.
• Define success metrics and track the effectiveness of dashboard adoption across business functions.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather user feedback and iteratively improve dashboard usability.

Who you are:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, or a related field (Desirable)
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a data visualisation, business intelligence, or reporting role.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting techniques, and dashboard design principles.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Figma, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder engagement.
