Skills
8+ years of CS experience working with large enterprises
4+ years of management experience in CS
Experience in hypergrowth SaaS startup with a technical product
Experience in fraud, payments, professional services, or eCommerce is a bonus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
Lead a team of CSMs in the AMER region for strategic and enterprise+ segments
Recruit and develop a high performing team
Own gross and net revenue retention for the team
Handle escalated client issues and lead renewal strategies
Work closely with GTM teams to align on strategies and expansion opportunities
