Senior Manager, Customer Success
Forter is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead a team responsible for strategic customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, renewals, and business growth.
Skills
- 8+ years of CS experience working with large enterprises
- 4+ years of management experience in CS
- Experience in hypergrowth SaaS startup with a technical product
- Experience in fraud, payments, professional services, or eCommerce is a bonus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of CSMs in the AMER region for strategic and enterprise+ segments
- Recruit and develop a high performing team
- Own gross and net revenue retention for the team
- Handle escalated client issues and lead renewal strategies
- Work closely with GTM teams to align on strategies and expansion opportunities
