Senior Director of Engineering
Fortera, a materials technology company, is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead engineering team efforts on process development and plant design.
Skills
- Leadership in multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Technical expertise in process development and plant design
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in technology transfer and industrial project management
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct engineering teams on process development and plant design
- Provide technical leadership to design teams for commercial plant construction
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- Drive process and equipment improvements for future commercial plants
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Education
- Minimum BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
