Manufacturing Engineer II, Turbopumps

Relativity Space is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II specializing in turbopumps, who is passionate about aerospace technology and additive manufacturing. This role involves optimizing design and manufacturing processes to support the Terran R rocket.

Skills

Strong knowledge of GD&T.
Project management skills.
Manufacturing process experience in fluids testing and machining.
Experience with CAD tools like Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

Develop assemblies for fuel and oxidizer turbopumps.
Collaborate with propulsion development and manufacturing teams.
Provide design feedback to improve product manufacturability.
Investigate and resolve hardware non-conformances.
Train technicians in a hands-on hardware environment.

Education

Degree in engineering or related technical field.
