The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on flow and Apex development. Knowledge or experience with Conga documents is a plus.
In this role you will:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, and permissions
Create and manage custom objects, fields, and relationships
Develop and maintain Salesforce flows and Apex triggers
Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems with thorough understanding of API’s and synchronization, including limits
Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues
Provide training and support to Salesforce users
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
Work closely with stakeholders for criteria and follow-up.

Salesforce Senior Administrator certification
Platform App Developer II Certification a plus
5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
Strong understanding of Salesforce flow development and Apex development
Experience with Conga (document creation and automation) a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
