Employee Benefits Account Manager

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team in the Orange County, CA region. The role involves collaborating with the Producer and Account Executive to manage a book of business, maintain client relationships, and provide day-to-day service for employee benefits clients.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organization
Working knowledge of insurance and healthcare products
Regulatory and compliance understanding
Financial modeling for benefit programs
Negotiation skills with insurance carriers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executive on strategic plans
Manage client projects and vendor implementations
Maintain client relationships and support client retention
Market to small and large group clients
Manage claims and coverage issue resolutions
Assist with billing and eligibility audits
Facilitate client communication materials preparation
Develop benefit booklets and open enrollment presentations
Assist with new carrier and vendor implementations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree a plus
